We have just started a new renovation project in Wirksworth Derbyshire on conservation grounds. The 4 properties have been stripped back to brick, we are currently working on the full restoration taking it back to it’s former glory.
We recently completed a 26 million pound hotel new build near East Midlands Airport. AMW were contracted direct to complete the 5 star hotel which included 211 bedrooms and a main banquet suit. As a guide on the scale of this project we fitted 650 doors through out.
Here’s a few images of work carried out by AMW Contracts.
AMW Contracts & Joinery have been working closely with Derbyshire Cricket Club revamping the Gateway and Lund Pavilions and were lucky enough to be filmed by Derby BBC which showed the team working on the new home changing room.
They were involved with fitting out the home and away changing rooms, and the development of the umpires quarters.
All work was done on time on budget and finished to a high standard with no snags.
AMW contracts were responsible for putting the roof on the extension to the Lund pavilion. Other works also included the fitting of all the door sets, all IPS toilet systems, vanity units and all other aspects of joinery to complete our £1.000000 refurbishment.
